In this workshop, the body in movement is guided to embody, perceive and explore the shifting relations with space, all other, time and the self. The focus asks how one can jump into the space physically and the imagination, through the layered landscape of relatedness, and playing with time felt and made. The imaginary is accessed through varying entry points. We practice both witnessing and doing through spontaneous, learned, durational and improvised dances facilitated in solo and group work, asking how taking space creates space, and how shared space can make a new space. In moving together we greet the nuances of how personal new artistic tools are developed. All experience levels are invited to this workshop.
