Dancer Jukka Tarvainen invites men to try out contemporary dance in this course. Contemporary dance is approached through basic exercises and simple movement tasks. The course leads the participators to explore their movement of their bodies and manners of movements. No previous dance experience is required. The course is also suitable for men who have danced before.
