Jenni Kivelä's weekend workshop explores the themes and dynamics of her performance Kleine Monster. Motion-based exercises are used to explore which kinds of monsters the participants would make, and how aggressions, shame and other so-called taboo emotions can be expressed through motion. The workshop allows a glimpse to the choreographer's working methods and a peek behind the scenes; watching the performance (Sat Jan 24th at 3pm) and meeting the workgroup are also included.
The workshop is suitable for beginners as well as participants with previous dance experience.

Availability is limited, so sign up in time! Welcome letters and invoices are sent to participants immediately after registration closes. Cancellations must be communicated no later than seven days before the course begins. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than seven days before the course or workshop are subject to full course fee.
