On Virva Talonen's dance course everyone looks for and explores his or her own, personal idiom of dance. Dance is examined through an interplay of internal and external space. What kind of movement emerges from the internal world of the individual? How does movement react to and interact with the external world?
The course consists of exercises focusing on perception, movement improvisation and group dynamics. The objective is to make the body and the mind more sensitive to the present moment, discover new trajectories and dance together and alone.

Cancellations must be communicated no later than seven days before the course begins. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than seven days before the course or workshop are subject to full course fee.
