The workshop by Eeva Muilu focuses on interaction between body, mind and language by examining the physical self through motion and writing.
We perform various presence, perception and body-listening exercises, and write about the impressions and experiences they evoke. What and how does our own way of dancing say to us? How does dance feed the movements of the mind? How do the movements of the mind feed back to the dance? The activities enable the participants to engage in dialogue with their bodies and their own way of dancing – as they are right now.

Availability is limited, so sign up in time! Welcome letters and invoices are sent to participants immediately after registration closes. Cancellations must be communicated no later than seven days before the course begins. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than seven days before the course or workshop are subject to full course fee.
