Kaisa Hahl’s Senior Course 2 is divided into two groups, each with identical content. Group A meets on Monday mornings from 10AM to 11:30AM.

In Kaisa Hahl's senior course, we focus on practising body awareness and enjoying movement through floor work and various movement exercises. The goal is to experience the joy of movement, see the beauty in all kinds of bodies, and explore dance expression as an art form. In her teaching, Kaisa values a broad concept of dance and acts as an encouraging companion for the group members.

The classes begin with gently awakening and grounding the body, followed by movement exercises inspired by music, text or visual art. The themes of body care, dance technique and expression are blended together to create a unique artistic experience for each class.

The course is suitable for everyone interested in dance. You are welcome to move your body and refresh your mind with dance art!
