This course is intended to be an exercise in total body/mind shake-up, or bodymindfuck. It focuses on experiential, sense-enhancing activities used to stimulate, interfere with and reflect on the workings of the body and the mind during different physical processes.
Pleasurable confusion and fascinating sensations of imbalance are produced using various means, including physical, sensory and audiovisual stimuli. The aim of the exercises is to create spaces where the participants can explore their own motion and movements using different sensation-altering limitations and extensions.
The course is aimed for participants who have completed a previous Dance – A body and mind experience course and individuals with previous dance experience.

Cancellations must be communicated no later than seven days before the course begins. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than seven days before the course or workshop are subject to full course fee.
