This course given by choreographer Reetta-Kaisa Iles explores the human voice through breathing and motion using activities inspired by diverse elements such as Fenno-Ugric folk singing and improvised contemporary dance. The course focuses on teamwork and aims to discover the group's collective sounds and movements through activities based on rhythm and repetition. The objective of the course is to help the participants use their own voice without anxiety and to help open up new channels between singing and dancing.
