Part 1: Hanna Pajala-Assefa – Floor work technique
The classes focus on movement that uses the support of the floor and relaxed movement on the floor. The exercises contain movement improvisation and simple dance routines.

Cancellations must be communicated no later than seven days before the course begins. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than seven days before the course or workshop are subject to full course fee.
