The workshop given by Laura Jantunen explores different environment as spaces and experiences, but also our own bodies as an environment and a site of experiences. Course activities consist of exercises intended to fine-tune the senses and to open new ways to approach our own bodies, but also of motion-based exercises themed around various questions as well as guided activities that are used to explore different kinds of motion.

Laura Jantunen is an artist inspired by natural occurrences and changes occurring in the nature. Colours, textures of materials and the gentle atmospheres of different spaces bring immense joy to her. She expresses art in a multitude of ways, but to facilitate easier description often speaks about her work with dance and video.
She has done her best to initiate log-term projects that allow her to focus on and develop her notions about the world. She has currently two ongoing projects: a four-part series called The Four Seasons, and an artistic research project entitled The Gesture: Expressions of Kinesthetic Empathy in the Video Image (2018–2021) with Ilmari Paananen. She also participates in the UrbanApa collective and in costume designer Kasia Gorniak's Talking Through Our Bodies project.

Zodiak's courses and workshops can also be paid using pre-paid Liikuntaseteli and Kulttuuriseteli vouchers (Smartum Oy) as well as Virikeseteli vouchers (Edenred Oy). You can pay with the vouchers in the beginning of the first class or you can bring the vouchers to Zodiak office (open weekdays 11 am to 4 pm). It is not possible to pay the course fee with cash.
