The course is an introduction to contemporary dance through various activities and choreographic exercises.
It takes as its starting point the unique qualities of each body and tries to expand their expressive potential and sensitivity to discover a personal way of moving and performing.
In technical terms the course draws on a number of contemporary dance works, Afro-Brazilian capoeira, different improvisation methods and the release technique in an attempt to tease out post-postmodern dance.
The course is intended for men of all ages and types. It is suitable for both beginners and individuals with previous dance experience.

Cancellations must be communicated no later than seven days before the course begins. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than seven days before the course or workshop are subject to full course fee.
