These low-treshold workshops are meant for beginners and first timers of parkour.

The workshops, held on The Wall, are for getting to know some of the basic techniques of parkour and the basics of safe training.

You will need clothes fit for exercising and a drinking bottle. The instructor is an experienced parkour teacher Jukka Tarvainen.

The workshops will be organized according to the corona regulations at hand.
