CLASSES HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
In the morning classes with Fornier Ortiz the aim is to warm up the muscular system from the center towards the extremities creating more space in the joints and so finding more flexibility to the body/movement. The focus of the class is in the use of the spine constantly moving through the space isolating the upper and lower body. The exercises have a goal to build up a physically strong body while consistently exploring how the movements of the spine relate to the rest of the body. During the class the material is extended in relation to the space.

Fornier Ortiz ihas been teaching internatially over a decade. He is interested in the multiple possibilities and sources that could influence his art. His movement method- is based on a rigorous study of the structural and physical possibilities of the spine relating to the functioning of the body.

Enrolment is binding. Cancellations must be communicated on the last enrollment day by 6 pm the latest. Please check this course's last day of enrollment from above. With the exception of injuries and illnesses certified in writing by a doctor, cancellations made later than the deadline are subject to full course fee.
Zodiak's courses and workshops can also be paid using pre-paid Liikuntaseteli and Kulttuuriseteli vouchers (Smartum Oy) as well as Virikeseteli vouchers (Edenred Oy). You can pay with the vouchers in the beginning of the first class or you can bring the vouchers to Zodiak office (open weekdays 11 am to 4 pm). It is not possible to pay the course fee with cash.
